Helen spent nearly a decade as Chief Operating Officer at Tatton Investment Management, where she helped scale the business from start-up to a listed firm. During this period, she played a central role in building the firm’s operating model, shaping its investment propositions and establishing credibility with clients, partners and regulators through a phase of rapid expansion.

Alongside her executive experience, Helen brings valuable board-level perspective through several non-executive and advisory roles, strengthening Multrees’ approach to governance, market positioning and decision-making as the business continues to grow.
