This Scottish Apprenticeship Week shines a light on the great things that happen when business backs apprenticeships. At Multrees Investor Services we believe that apprenticeships can secure a pipeline of talent for both our business and the industry as a whole – and so far it has been a great investment – with 70% of our previous apprentices still with Multrees, six years on from our initial programme with many gaining experience from across different parts of our business.

Jason Scott joined Multrees as an apprentice in 2018 and has recently moved from the Data Management team to the role of Marketing Assistant and adds “Gaining an apprenticeship with Multrees was a really great opportunity for me to develop in a field I would not otherwise have got a chance in at all. An apprenticeship gives you the best of both worlds allowing you to gain qualifications and experience on the job whilst learning and developing within your role.”
