PHILLIP BLANEY

I started the QA Apprenticeship while at Multrees in 2018 becoming a Reconciliations team apprentice. Since finishing the programme I have become more confident in working in a professional environment and stayed with Multrees since then, becoming a Reconciliations Analyst. The apprenticeship has helped me develop a whole range of skills including team work and communication while also allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of the financial industry as a whole

SAM BIRD

My Journey at Multrees started in 2015 on the QA apprenticeship programme. I completed this in 2 years and was promoted to a Reconciliations Analyst after completion and have continued my development within the team. This has allowed me to gain valuable experience and knowledge of the industry and I think an apprenticeship is a great opportunity for anyone to start their working career.
